with time to explore San Jose before departing to Todos Santos the
next day. This small colonial town has been known for centuries as
an oasis of the southern Baja. Priding themselves on park-like setting
and traditional ambiance, San Jose, rated as one of the cleanest small
towns in Mexico, enjoys temperate climates year round, tranquil beaches
and a slow, relaxed lifestyle.

The next day we will transport you from San Jose to your home for
the next 6 days, Serendipity, a 1 ½ hour scenic drive

Theresa MortinAbout the Teacher
Theresa Morin, R.Y.T./B.E.D.
Thirteen years ago Theresa was drawn to yoga to relieve the aches
and pains caused by running , cycling and skiing. It soon became obvious
that yoga was much more than a good stretch. Theresa found that her
yoga practice increased body awareness, strengthened balance, improved
mobility, and deepened concentration.
Since then Theresa has studied many different traditions including
Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anasara, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This eclectic background
is reflected in her teaching style. Presently, she teaches studio
classes, school groups, young athletes, and private lessons.
Because the philosophy of yoga has enriched her life even more than
the asanas, these guiding principles find their way into her daily
practice and teachings.
The Food
Shani CranstonYou will be nourished with Prana-infused organic meals
prepared by Shani Cranston of Milagro Retreats with love and consciousness.
Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included in your package.
Most meals will be vegetarian, with fresh fish and seafood served
occasionally throughout the week.
Raw Concepts and Living Food will be incorporated into the menu
to encourage healthy eating habits. The kitchen is an open concept
and you are welcome to join Shani and learn with ‘hands on’
preparation. She will be creating divine dishes such as Avocado Gazpacho,
Raw Almond Mylk and Vegan Chocolate Pudding.
Transformational Breathwork
An introduction to the powerful self healing process of Transformational
Breathwork with Robin Clements will enrich your experience.
Transformational Breath Is:
- A permanent relaxation technique that causes our innate
joy to permeate our totality.
- The art of bringing the Spirit
Body back into full contact with the physical body, and
restore the connection between the mind and body.
- Causes
the integration of suppressions and permanent clearing
of the subconscious mind
- And much much more...
