Our Winter Season

What a year 2004 has been at Milagro Retreats. We started the winter season with our Baja Yoga/Surf Retreat with Marne Semick and Surf Sister in early January. What a trip!!! We had overhead surf, inspiring daily yoga sessions and fresh local cuisine.
Next, we found ourselves participating in a week long Transformational Breathwork Course. WOW, it really is all about the breath!!! This course was so incredible, that we are in the proccess of setting dates to host Level 1 TB in Victoria, B.C. in October.
The last 6 weeks have been spent on our farm in the Cowichan Valley, planning the spring/summer season.
Along with aligning amazing teachers to share their knowledge at our upcoming retreats, we are busy planning the garden, and testing new recipes to nourish you from the inside.

Baja Yoga/Surf Retreat, May 1-8th

The next Milagro Retreat will be our Second Annual Baja Yoga/Surf Retreat with Eion Finn, May 1-8th. If you did not participate last January at this retreat....here is your opportunity to step into Eion's World of Blissology and Yoga.
We will be living beachfront at Casa Sueno in San Jose del Cabo, with the crashing waves in the foreground of our daily yoga classes. Surf Lessons will be offered with Surf Sister and Milagro Retreats will be catering organic meals made with love.

Cranio Sacral Therapy w/ The feldenkrais Method in Tofino, B.C. June 7-11th

We are very excited to be hosting Cranio Sacral Therapy w/the Feldenkrais Method w/Arnie Lade in Tofino this June. Middle Beach Lodge will be our headquarters for the spectacular 5 day intensive. This course is valid for 24 CMT credits.

Blue Moon Yoga/Surf Retreat w/ Marne Semick in Tofino, July 30-August 2nd B.C.

We had so much fun with Marne Semick on the Baja, that we invited her to Tofino for our Blue Moon Yoga/Surf Retreat. She has been living and breathing yoga since 1995 and brings compassion, knowledge and a sense of humor to her students. You'll learn how to prepare your body for surfing in order to avoid injury and increase performance. Marne has studied with some of the nation's most respected teachers including Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, and Shandor Remete. She also loves to surf!
